A Kitchen Worth Standing In

THE PIZZA SPOT opened in Spruce Grove in 2022 and quickly became one of the most talked-about places to eat in the region. In October 2025 we opened our second restaurant beside West Edmonton Mall, carrying the same menu and the same standards.

Both rooms are full-service: a forno turning out Neapolitan pizzas and oven-fired wings, a pasta section making dishes to order, a full bar pouring craft beer and cocktails, and a counter handling takeout, delivery and catering. Whatever part of hospitality you want to get good at, it’s happening here every day.

Our guests keep telling us the same thing — that the people are what make the place. We hire for that first. Bring the willingness to learn and we’ll teach you the craft.

Learn a Real Craft

Neapolitan dough, forno-baked wings, handmade pasta and scratch sauces. Our kitchen teaches skills that travel with you anywhere in the industry.

Shifts That Fit

We’re open seven days a week — lunches, dinners, and late nights until 1 AM on Fridays and Saturdays at WEM. Tell us your availability and we’ll work with it.

Front of house for dine-in service — families, date nights, sports nights and groups. Warm, quick, and genuinely glad people came in.

Bartenders and bar support for a full bar — craft beer, wine and cocktails, with all-day happy hour running every day at our WEM location.

Order counter, phones and online orders, packing takeout and delivery, and helping our catering and private events run smoothly.

You’re welcome to bring your resume into either restaurant during opening hours, though the quieter mid-afternoon window between the lunch and dinner rush is usually best. Emailing it first means it reaches the hiring manager either way.

The Roles

What roles do you hire for?

We hire across the whole restaurant — the kitchen and pizza line, prep, servers and hosts, bartenders, and counter, takeout and delivery support. Tell us which area interests you and we’ll let you know what’s available.

Do I need previous restaurant experience?

Experience is welcome but it isn’t required for every role. Tell us what you’ve done and what you’d like to learn, and we’ll take it from there.

What are the hours like?

Both restaurants are open seven days a week. Spruce Grove runs 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM daily. WEM Edmonton runs 11:00 AM to midnight Sunday through Thursday and until 1:00 AM on Friday and Saturday, so there are late-night shifts available there. Share your availability when you email and we’ll work with it.
